Based in rural North Devon, The Cottage @ Smoky House is attached to a 400 year old farmhouse and is a luxury retreat for couples or families looking for a break. A double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space; a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, smart TV with included Netflix access, a PS4 and box of board games; a conservatory with air conditioning, two seater sofa and two chairs, smart TV with included Netflix access, a dining table with four chairs and a Jukebox; kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a modern shower room. The patio offers a table with seating for four and kettle bbq. We welcome dogs (max two per stay for an additional charge).

This is a unique experience, and offers the luxury of staying in a quaint modern cottage where you are not overlooked and have total privacy. If you want peace and tranquility, then you will enjoy this space. 

Our location offers easy access to both the North Cornwall and North Devon coastline, yet also near enough to visit Dartmoor in a day.

There is so much to see and do in this area, however if you simply just want to get away from it all, you can chill and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful setting without even leaving the cottage.

Bed linen and towels are provided along with complimentary arrival tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter.
